New site issue tracker

We're now tracking issues with the site in the site itself.

In an attempt to simplify collaboration between Pleiades user and developers, we're going to make a switch to tracking non-content issues with the deployed Pleiades site within the site itself. This means no separate login and no mental switch to a different user interface, which we hope will translate into better bug reports and better response from developers.

The folder for issues is here: Site Issue Tracker. Within it you'll find guidance in the Readme file and a sorted collection of issues: Collected issues all.

Please address issues about the Pleiades Place API to https://github.com/isawnyu/pleiades-api/issues.
