Webfeeds for bibliographic updates

From 18 September 2008, users can track updates to AWMC Bibliographic Records via Atom webfeed.

We have added a Latest Changes webfeed to the AWMC Bibliography application. Users can now employ feedreader software to learn of updates and additions to our bibliographic records.

This new facility parallels our plain-vanilla html change notices, and is (like them) paged by date. Pointing your feedreader at changes/latest.atom or your browser at changes/latest.html will give you access (via links) to the entire change history (note: some feedreaders do not yet support the proposed addition to the relations vocabulary on links in Atom feeds that facilitates serial chunking of feeds).

The idea of "chunking" our feeds (and the parallel html change notices) arose while reading Sean McGrath's post: Implementing time by expanding space in Web 2.0.
