A project to add the milecastles and turrets of Hadrian's Wall to Pleiades. COMPLETED.
Improving Titles and Descriptions for Prominent Places
Users often have trouble finding information about prominent places because of the way titles and descriptions for place resources have been constructed by default from the legacy Barrington Atlas data. We can fix this. Status: SEEKING VOLUNTEERS.
Mashup Pleiades and British Museum Data/Location Thesaurus
Goal: The British Museum has recently rolled out a Semantic Web endpoint. Surely there's some good synergy that could be achieved by connecting it to Pleiades and vice versa. Status: planning (volunteers needed)
Current Archaeology in Turkey: Add Links
Goal: collate CAT content against Pleiades and add to Pleiades the appropriate references to all matched entries in CAT. Status: in progress.
Princeton Encyclopedia of Classical Sites: Add Links
Goal: collate the contents of Pleiades against the online version of PECS hosted by the Perseus project and then add corresponding references (links) to Pleiades. Status: planning (seeking volunteers)
