Second organizational meeting of those interested in advancing and improving Pleiades references and bibliographic data management.
All Pleiades community members interested in improving our bibliographic data management and updating records with new references are invited to attend this meeting, which will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 10:00 am US Eastern Time (click for your timezone). Advance registration, by sending an email to pleiades.admin@nyu.edu, is required (please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time).
The outline agenda of the meeting is as follows:
- Demonstrate Zotero editing process (both the “reviewing” library and the “production” library)
- Review “add a reference” how-to documentation already published on the site
- Review and discuss draft documentation for the Zotero process
- Discuss next steps for establishing monitoring process for journals and other new publications
