All Pleiades community members interested in improving our bibliographic data management and updating records with new references are invited to attend this meeting, which will be held via Zoom on Monday, 17 August 2026 at 10:00 am US Eastern Daylight Time (click for your timezone). Advance registration, by sending an email to , is required (please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time). 

The agenda is being prepared collaboratively by registered participants; likely topics include:

  • Review and revise new documentation for the Pleiades Zotero editing process (both the “reviewing” library and the “production” library)
  • Review and update monitoring assignments and process for journals and other new publications
  • Discuss correctness and completeness of existing work records in the Zotero library and existing references in the gazetteer database
