New online events have been posted for January and February 2026: pleiades.stoa.org/events

These include another sequence of the three-part “Getting Started” workshops and a number of “editorial open sessions”. Registration in advance is required as outlined in the individual event notices.

Since Monday, the editorial college has published 27 new and 130 updated place resources, reflecting the work of 7 people. The usual Monday blog post will summarize a full week's worth of such work, but meantime here's a at one of them. Authored by Matteo Di Domenica, Gabriel Bodard, we now have a place resource for Alouston (Alushta), a Crimean find spot for two ancient Greek inscriptions that have been published in the online "Inscriptions of the Black Sea": pleiades.stoa.org/places/17617
