Temple in Babylon, not located, but probably not far from Eḫursagtila, for it is mentioned together in the ritual texts of the "Divine Love Lyrics". Šarrat-Nippuri "The Queen of Nippur" was a hypostasis of Ištar. It is difficult to ascertain the precise reason for the existence of an Akītu temple dedicated to this deity in the city of Babylon.
