Robin: this looks very interesting. Since it seems to be an omission from the Barrington Atlas (Stählin and Béquignon are cited frequently for other sites in the Map 55 directory) and since I don't presently have access to some of the references you cite, I've asked my co-editors at the Ancient World Mapping Center in Chapel Hill to have a look.
