Approximately 41 burials from a Roman cremation necropolis were excavated in 2021 at Cascina Torretta, a locality in the municipality of Calvignasco (southwest of Milan, Italy). The tombs were poorly preserved, appeared to be relatively shallow pit graves, and were likely connected to a rural settlement.
