The Tomb of Publius Mancius Diogenes in the Fondo Pacifico necropolis of Pompeii (FP5) was excavated in 1886-7. The site is now reinterred.

A. Mau records the funereal inscription as reading: "To the memory of Publius Mancius Diogenes, freedman of Publius Mancius; (the monument was erected) in accordance with the terms of his will, under the direction of Mancia Doris, freedwoman of Publius Mancius." Additional inscriptions name a Lucius Magius Celer and and a Caius Tampius Sabeinus.
