Pompey (Meurthe-et-Moselle, France) produced archaeological evidence of a Roman productive site located near the junction of the Meurthe and Moselle rivers. This site was discovered in 1962 and has been described as a "villa rustica". There is evidence of baths and painted wall plaster. There is evidence for pottery production at the site, along with agricultural activity. There is a cremation necropolis of the second and third centuries CE described as containing "poor" finds.
