Hybla Heraia is listed as "Ibla Erea" in the BTCGI. The association with Ragusa Ibla that is stated in the Barrington Atlas, is mentioned as possible in the BTCGI but the site is labelled as unidentified, while Manni 1981 explicitly rejects such association.
