Details:

Cohen: Settlement is mentioned in epigraphic sources (in oblique cases) and in Ptolemy (where it is erroneously given the nominative "Nakrasa"). Epigraphic evidence demonstrates that the ancient nominative was either Nakrason or Nakrasos.
