Pleiades

While both Grave Circles A and B were initially constructed outside of the main fortifications of Mycenae, Grave Circle A was enclosed within the walls when they were extended in the 13th century BC. Grave Circle B, however, remained outside the citadel, and is roughly 130 meters west of the Lion Gate (the citadel's main entrance).
