An Urartian city that is attested as "Argištiḫinili in front of Mount/Land Artarapša" in the so-called "Hagi Stele Inscription" of King Argišti II and on bullae recovered from a trash dump on the northern slope of Ayanis Fortress in modern Turkey's Van province. Given the subject of the stele inscription, Işık 2021 would place it somewhere in the Erciş Plain, i.e., northwest of the modern Turkish city of Erciş.
