Details:

Erbīl: It is in the region of Bilād-ı Şehrizūr (the land of Shahrazur), close to Mevṣil (Mosul). It has a fortress on a high mound. Its royal residence and mosque are visible/distinct. Also, Ṣaydā (Sidon) in the province of Şām (Syria) is also known as Erbīl. (translated by the first creator of the name entry)
