Ubulle: Among its famous towns is Ubulle, which belongs to the vilāyet-i ‘Irāḳ (province of Iraq). One side of it lies on the Nehr-i Ubulle (Ubulla River) and another side on the Dicle (Tigris River). Its pleasant water and air, and the abundance of produce and fruits, are widely known. It is a very delightful town. [translation]
