Standard Short Title
The Pleiades standard short title for the Epigraphik-Datenbank Clauss / Slaby is EDCS.
Preferred Citation Example
When citing a specific inscription in the EDCS, indicate as follows using:
- the EDCS number in the 'citation detail' field; and
- a direct link to the inscription in the "access URI" field (NB: EDCS direct links must be created by hand once you have found the EDCS number by way of search; see "Linking" in the Digital Classicist Wiki page on the EDCS for instructions).
