Pleiades citation guidance for the Oxford Classical Dictionary Online

To add a reference to the Oxford Classical Dictionary Online:

  • Look up the work in Zotero by starting to type "OCS Online" or "Oxford Classical Dictionary Online" in the Short Title text box, then clicking on the corresponding entry to insert the URI into the Bibliographic URI text box.
  • Select the Fetch Zotero button to automatically create and insert the Formatted Citation of the work.
  • Manually enter the title of the article in the Citation Detail text box, followed in parentheses by the author's initials and surname. Separate multiple author names with a comma. Omit corporate authors' names.
  • On the OCD Online article web page, select the DOI for that article (it is located immediately after the article title and byline). Paste it into the Access URI textbox in the Pleiades reference form.
