Karahan Tepe is an archaeological site covering some 10 hectares located in Turkey's Şanlıurfa Province. More than 250 t-shaped monuments have been discovered at the site which is associated with the so-called Tepeler cultures. Karahan Tepe lies within the environs of Gôbekli Tepe and may pre-date that site.
