Maidanetske, Ukraine is the site of two separate Neolithic to Chalcolithic settlements associated with the Cucuteni-Trypillian culture. A 2 ha settlement dating ca. 5000 BCE lies on the outskirts of Maidanetske, Ukraine while another, larger settlement (ca. 3700 BCE) was found west of Maidanetske on the left bank of the Tal'ianki River.
