The Helsinki Atlas (Maps 1-2 and p. 6) proposes modern Kayseri as a possible location of Artulu. S. Aro (Tabal [unpublished dissertation, Helsinki, 1998], 96-97) suggests that Artulu might have been located in the vicinity of Kayseri.
