This Elegeia seems to be the same as Elegea https://pleiades.stoa.org/places/876626, both referencing RE Elegeia 2 and both dependent, I think, on Pliny 5.84. Presumably Elegeia https://pleiades.stoa.org/places/874461 is indeed a different place, RE Elegeia 1.
