A villa rustica located in the Sabina, ca. 1 km from Cottanello (Rieti). The imperial villa was superimposed over a villa of the republican period.

Pleiades

Three architectural phases have been identified stretching from the first century B.C. to late antiquity. Epigraphic evidence suggests that the villa ought to be connected with the family of the Aurelii Cottae.
