Pleiades
Although traces of Babylon’s once-impressive eastern outer wall are still visible today, none of its five gates have been excavated. Therefore, the position of the entrance is conjectural. The proposed location is based on George 1992 fig. 7 and Pedersén 2021 fig. 2.1, the latter of which shows a plan of Babylon, with 500 m UTM coordinates given.
