The Šuanna quarter of Babylon was located south of the Eridu quarter and it stretched south to the Uraš Gate. The temples Ehursagtilla and Ešasurra were located inside it and the processional street Nabû-dayyān-nišēšu ran through it, from Esagil in the north and the Uraš Gate in the south.
