ItAnt: The so-called "Antonine Itinerary"
Standard Short Title
Pleiades follows the practice of the Barrington Atlas by using the acronym ItAnt for the Antonine Itinerary. BAtlas specified the edition of Otto Cuntz (Teubner, 1929; reprints); however, Pleiades prefers to cite Parthey's 1848 edition because it is on-line at the Internet Archive unless it differs from Cuntz, in which case the latter should be cited. To indicate the edition being cited, we add either "(Cuntz)" or "(Parthey: archive.org)" to the short title.
