- The so-called Temple of Venus and Cupid at Rome is part of the complex of buildings associated with the Sessorian palace. The structure's modern assignation is owed to the discovery of a fragmentary statue of Sallustia Orbiana in the guise of Venus Felix. Sallustia Orbiana was the wife of Alexander Severus. The statue is now held in the Museo Pio Clementino in the Vatican Museums.
