History
The so-called Prata Mucia was a meadow granted to the Roman Republican hero Mucius Scaevola in recognition of his heroism in the face of the invasion of Lars Porsena of Clusium. While it was located on the right bank of the River Tiber, a precise location cannot be ascertained.
