The Casale Sinibalda is located on the western side of the Fosso Saina. Located to the north of the casale are the remains of a basis villae of the so-called fourth style, meaning it verges on opus quadratum.

Thomas Ashby notes this place as the findspot of at least two inscriptions, CIL 14, 3923 and one other that he indicates was unpublished. CIL 14, 3922 might also have come from the vicinity of this place, according to Ashby.
