Achaea Phthiotis was a historical region of ancient Greece. It was a dependent region of Thessalia until 363 BC, when it became independent in alliance with Boiotia. It was part of the Aetolian League from the 3rd century BC until 196 BC, when the Romans returned it to Thessalia.
