Wikipedia and pausanias links are to wrong place, and probably Mela as well. This Libethra is a Magnesian spring mentioned by Pliny (maybe) 4.32 Magnesia est, cuius fons Libethra. I fear he is misinterpreting Pomponius Mela or his source, hic Libethra carminum fontes. The reference is probably not to a literal fountain but to the connection with Orpheus and the Muses for Leibethra the city, https://pleiades.stoa.org/places/491650 TTere are mountains and springs in Boeotia with related names, for poetic purposes...
