The church of San Marcello al Corso is located adjacent to the Via del Corso (the ancient Via Lata) in Rome. Originally known as the Titulus Marcelli, it was established by Pope Marcellus I before 418 CE. The current edifice was completed in the seventeenth century following a destruction by fire of the earlier church in 1519.
