A large Pompeian townhouse belonging to one Q. Poppaeus Sabinus at the time of its destruction (I, 10, 4, 14-16). The earliest portions of the domus may date ca. 250 BCE.

Based on a seal from room 43, along with graffito evidence, the owner of the house has been identified by some scholars as one Q. Poppaeus Sabinus (Della Corte 1953: nos. 592-3).
