A large Bronze Age settlement on the western shore of lake Marmara in western Anatolia, overlooking the central Gediz river valley. The site is composed of an 8 hectare fortified citadel situated on a ridge, with evidence for a larger lower town below on the surrounding plain.

Base map by Ryan M. Horne for Pleiades and the Ancient World Mapping Center (ancient terrain after the Barrington Atlas). Map interaction design and implementation by Sean Gillies, David Glick, Alec Mitchell, and Tom Elliott for Pleiades.
