- The so-called "Domus of the Lararium" in Assisi was discovered at a depth of 7 meters beneath the Palazzo Giampè. The surviving remains are those of a well-appointed domus with floor mosaics and wall paintings. The domus, dating to the second half of the first century. B.C. and the first decades of the first century. A.D., was comprised of at least 13 rooms and a peristyle.
