Tell Agrab, or Ajrab, is a medium-sized archaeological mound in the Diyala Province of central Iraq, some forty kilometers east of Baghdad. The site was excavated by archaeologists from the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago in 1936 and 1937. Tell Agrab seems to have been inhabited from the early 3rd millennium BCE until the beginning of the Old Babylonian Period (ca. 1800 BCE). In its early history, the site held a temple possibly dedicated to the god Šara.

Archaeological site on the eastern bank of the Euphrates in northern Syria. The site contains a town dated to the Early Bronze Age III-IVA (mid-3rd millennium BCE), as well as a Roman sanctuary used only briefly from about the late 1st-late 2nd century CE. The western part of the site was flooded by the construction of the Tischrin Dam in 1999. Tall Bazi and the nearby site of Banat have been tentatively identified as the city of Armi/Armium mentioned in texts from Ebla.

Tall Marjab is a small, heavily denuded mound in the Dhi Qar province of southern Iraq, some 15 kilometers south of Nasiriya and ca. 10 kilometres southeast of Ur. Traces of a small settlement dating to fourth and third millennium BCE were found here in the course of brief excavations by British archaeologists Leonard Woolley and Max Mallowan in 1929-30.
