Paqarhubuni is a city that was part of Bīt-Adini during the reign of the Assyrian king Shalmaneser III (r. 858-824 BC); it might have been part of Bīt-Agūsi while Adad-nērārī (r. 809-782 BC) was king of Assyria. The city and its surrounding region were between the kingdoms of Gurgum and Kummuhu.
