Que is the name of the indigenous, Luwian name Hiyawa. In Neo-Babylonian sources, Que appears as Humē.
The following places are located in Que: Abarnani, Harrua, Ingirâ, Kisuatni, Lamena, Lusanda, Pahri, Qumasi, Tanakun, Timur, Ušnanis, and possibly also Kundu and Sissû. Adana (possibly identified as the 'city Que') might have been the capital of Que (according to J.D. Hawkins). During the reign of the eighth-century-BC Assyrian king Shalmaneser V (726-722 BC), Que became an Assyrian province.
