For relationships between bridges and the waterways or water bodies they span.

I’ve just added a new term to the vocabulary of “relationship types” that are used to indicate the nature of connections between places in Pleiades: “crosses”. This term is meant for modeling the relationship between a bridge and the river or other water feature it spans. It is modeled on the DBPedia property "crosses".

Relationship Type Combo BoxA full list of the terms currently available in Pleiades may be viewed in our "Vocabularies" section, under the heading "Relationship Types". The same list appears in the “Edit Connection” form when you select the “Connection Type” combo box control (see screen shot accompanying this post). "Connections" are defined in the "Conceptual overview" document. You can learn how to add them in the "Add a new connection between two places" document.
